El Hotel esta situado en el centro de Arenal, al lado del nuevo centro comercial Arenal Park con muchas tiendas, bares, etc.

A 300 metros se encuentra la playa de arena.

El Hotel consta de Recepción (cajas fuertes), Hall, Salon, Rincón de TV, Bar, Restaurante no fumadores. Hay 142 habitaciones, 9 pisos y 2 ascensores.

Hay una bonita piscina de agua dulce, piscina para niños separada, Solarium y terraza con tumbonas y sombrillas (incl.) Snackbar.

Las habitaciónes dobles e individuales estan modernizadas con teléfono, baño, WC y balcón.

Ofrecemos Billard, alquiler de bicicletas. En la zona se encuentra un Aguapark y un Centro de deporte para Tennis, Squash y Gimnasia (todo de pago).

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Arenal, neben dem neuen Arenal Parc - ein Einkaufszentrum mit zahlreichen Bars, Geschäften und mehr. Zum langen Sandstrand - der Playa de Palma - sind es ca. 300 Meter.

Die Hotelanlage besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Gebäuden, mit Rezeption (Mietsafes), Aufenthaltsräumen, TV-Ecke (SAT-Empfang) Bar und klimatisiertem Nichtraucher-Restaurant. Der Aussenbereich bietet einen schön angelegten Süsswasserpool, seperates Kinderbecken, Sonnenterasse mit Liegen und Schirmen (inklusive) und Pool-Snackbar mit Sitzterasse. Wir sind ein 3 Sterne Hotel und verfügen über 142 Zimmer verteilt auf 9 Etagen und mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind alles freundliche eingerichtet, sowohl die Doppel- als auch die Einzelzimmer. Alle mit Telefon, Bad/WC und Balkon.

Es wird Billard und ein Fahrradverleih angeboten. In der Nähe finden Sie ein Sportcenter mit Tennis- und Squashplätze sowie Fitnessbereich.

Zu unserem Unterhaltunsprogramm gehört ein Abend- sowie Animationsprogramm. Im Juli & August bieten wir 6 wöchentlich ein Animationsprogramm, die restlichen Monate 1 x pro Woche ein Abendprogramm mit Show und Musik.

"Alle inklusive" beinhaltet:

Reichhaltiges Frühstücks,- Mittags- und Abendbuffet inklusive nationale alkoholfreie und alkoholische Getränke wie Softdrinks, Bier und Tischwein. This hotel complex is situated in Arenal close to a wide range of entertainment and shopping facilities. The town centre is just a few minutes away and the beach just 300 m.

The hotel complex consists of two buildings, with reception (Safety deposit box rental), TV-Corner (SAT), bar, lobby and non smoker dining room.

Our 3 star hotel offer 142 rooms on 9 floors, to reach with a elevator. The double and single guestrooms are equipped with bathroom, telephone and balcony.

Outside is a swimming pool for adults and one for children, sun terrace with lounger chairs and sun umbrellas. Bar service at the pool area. We offer rent a bike and billiards. Close by you will find a sport centre with tennis courts, squash and gym.

We offer an evening entertainment programmes and animation. In July and August 6 times a week, and the other time once a week a program with show and music.
